WEDDING PACKAGES

11:11 Visual Media seeks to capture those special moments in your life in unique and creative ways so that you can relive that time in your life, over and over again. In doing so our goal is also to be as unobtrusive as possible to allow you to focus on the real, once in a lifetime experience at hand. This simply involves consultations in advance to make sure that we will get all of those important little things to you and then some. We have professional video, audio, and lighting equipment. All shooting is done with 3-chip digital video cameras. To best cater Wedding videos or Montages to each unique Bride & Groom, we suggest special music is provided on a CD or emailed. We will generally try to keep the edited DVD video under 40 minutes and separate a copy of just the closing highlights montage in packages 3-4, under 10 minutes, for web uploading capability. No two weddings are identical, each one will be unique to each bride & groom. Please see our Montage DVDs and Additional Services sections further down.

BASIC PACKAGE #1  $600

     Includes up to 6 hours of shooting by TWO professional videographers.
     Master tapes or raw footage files will be provided depending on the cameras used. Transfer of masters to quicktime files on a hard drive at additional standard rate.

PACKAGE #2   $1200

• Up to 8 hours of shooting by TWO professional videographers.

• Basic editing of video & music that includes transitions (i.e. fades, dissolves) along with opening and  closing titles. The final DVD video will have basic authoring with chapters at the head of each segment. (So you don’t have to fast-forward through 20 or 40 minutes to get to the good part you want to show a friend!)
  
• DVD AUTHORING with a CUSTOM MENU & CUSTOM LABELING.

PACKAGE #3   $1500

         EVERYTHING IN PACKAGE 2. PLUS:

• Creative Editing. Additional special care is in put into the editing above and beyond basic editing.
  
• OPENING MONTAGE with a sequence of the Bride getting ready  and introducing the location & highlights before the ceremony.
• CLOSING MONTAGE celebrating the highlights of your special day.
• CONGRATULATIONS from the Bridal Party & Guests.

PACKAGE #4   $2000

        EVERYTHING IN PACKAGES 2 & 3. PLUS:

• INTERVIEWS or SPECIAL FEATURE with the Bride and Groom allowing them to personally share their story.
• ONE PHOTO MONTAGE is included and will be added as a separate button on the Custom Menu. See the "Montage DVDs" section below. 

MONTAGE DVDs

COMMEMORATIVE PHOTO MONTAGE OF YOUR SPECIAL DAY   $ 160
      Using up to 125 photos from your photographer’s pictures we can create a slideshow of your favorite pictures combined with your music choices. This can be added on to the edited DVD as an additional button on a Custom Menu.

GROWING TOGETHER PHOTO MONTAGE    $ 160
      This is a great way to tell the story of how you each grew up and your lives together so far, and the finalized Growing Together Photo Montage can be shown at the reception for all your family and friends. This is always a great hit!

ADD-ONs

Video clips - $5 per clip or 5 for $20
As seen in our Growing Together Montage Example. If we need to hunt for the clips ourselves through long tapes of footage there may be an additional $10/hr charge for the extra time. So save some money by providing timecode or counter information for clips you have found on any tapes.

Captions - $2.00 per caption or 10 for $18

DVD PACKAGING & DESIGN
Packaging includes basic black text on a white DVD disc face in a clear slim jewel case.

Black or white standard DVD case $1.25 extra. This way you can make your own cover.
OR
Custom DVD Case Cover & Color DVD Disc Face design printing $3 per DVD plus a $15 one-time design fee.
Customers are to provide wedding photographs for design use.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

EXTRA HOURS for a videographer after included hours in chosen package.   $150/hr

PHOTO SCANNING TO CD (JPEGS)  $0.30 per photo.

PHOTO COLOR CORRECTION & RESTORATION  $20/hr
Basic color correction and enhancement allows for many pictures to be processed within one hour. A great addition for slideshows!
For photos that require more intricate restoring, the time it takes can vary. See a Before & After example in the Photo Restoration section at the bottom of the Film/Video Transfer page.

COPIES & TRANSFERS

      RAW FOOTAGE ON DVD 1st copy transfer to DVD  $24 per master (up to 1 hour each). Billed in 30 minute
            increments. Additional copies $10 each. Clear slim jewel cases to see basic label on disc.

      EDITED/AUTHORED DVD 1st copy included in Wedding Packages 2-4. Additional Copies $15/each.   
            Includes custom label and cases.

      Mini-DV COPIES OF MASTER FOOTAGE  Please contacts us for current rate.
  
      Mini-DV  OF EDITED DVD Final video can be up to two hours in length requiring multiple tapes. Please contact us for current rate.

CONTRACT REQUIREMENTS

      50% DEPOSIT required to hold services reservation upon contract signing.
      $250 non-refundable.
      Remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to event.
